You are creative and progressive, ready to work hard and contribute to the success of The Promenade, a relaxed, elegant, inspiring, culinary-minded, the city's ultimate Creekside destination.

Qualifications:

Good command of English.
Minimum of a one year experience in a similar role at a 5 star hotel or restaurant of good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands.
Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
Qualification in Kitchen Production will be an advantage.
