Maintaining accurate financial records:

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

Processing invoices:
You will process and post invoices for payments, ensuring that all documentation is complete and accurate.

Managing expenses:

You will review and manage expenses, including travel and entertainment expenses, to ensure they are accurately recorded and within budget.

Reconciling accounts:

You will be responsible for reconciling bank and credit card statements to ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded.

Preparing financial reports:

You will prepare financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets, to help the company make informed financial decisions.

Assisting with audits:
You will assist with internal and external audits, ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Assisting with payroll:

You may assist with processing payroll, ensuring that all employee compensation is accurate and in compliance with company policies.

Skills required

• Proficient in oral and written English communication.
• Analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Showcase proactive attitude & good leadership skills to carry team members along.
• Excellent time management & organizational skills, customer handling
• Ability to work within tight deadlines & Multitask.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel skills & odoo.
• Basic knowledge about export and import shipments process.
• Experience : 4 year (preferred)

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (preferred)
