Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Aesthetic Clinic Supervisor.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring exceptional patient care, staff performance, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and guidance to clinic staff, including aesthetic practitioners, nurses, receptionists, and support personnel.
Oversee scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and optimal patient flow.
Conduct staff training and development programs to enhance clinical skills, customer service, and product knowledge.
Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback, coaching, and disciplinary action as needed.
Collaborate with the medical director and other healthcare providers to develop and implement clinical protocols, policies, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including licensing, accreditation, and safety standards.
Manage inventory and supplies, coordinating orders and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
Maintain electronic health records (EHR) and other documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Monitor patient satisfaction and feedback, implementing strategies to improve the patient experience and service quality.
Stay informed about industry trends, new treatments, and technologies, and recommend updates or enhancements to clinic services.
Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and escalations, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote clinic services and achieve revenue targets.
Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate updates, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment.
Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment that reflects the brand's image and values.
Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities to enhance clinic operations and outcomes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum five years of experience in a supervisory role within a medical or aesthetic clinic setting.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, procedures, and products, with experience in cosmetic dermatology or plastic surgery preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Understanding of regulatory requirements and standards governing medical aesthetics practice.
