Description
We are a dynamic and fast-paced company looking for a responsible and trustworthy Office Boy to join our team.

As an Office Boy, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office as well as performing various tasks assigned by the management.


Responsibilities:


  • Welcoming and directing visitors to the appropriate department or individual
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the office including cleaning restrooms, pantry, and conference rooms
  • Making sure that the office supplies and equipment are readily available for use
  • Assisting in photocopying, scanning, and printing documents as needed
  • Running errands for the office including going to the bank, post office, and other institutions when necessary
  • Serving refreshments to guests and staff as required
  • Any other duties assigned by the management

Requirements:


  • Prior experience as an office boy or similar role is preferred
  • Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Proven knowledge of office etiquette
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
  • Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry items up to 20 pounds

JOB TYBE:

FULL TIME

Salary:
AED1,700.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- office aide: 1 year (preferred)

  • ENHLISH (required)
