Responsibilities
- Monitoring and following up the sales turnover per outlet.
- Monitoring and following up the sales achievement against the target.
- Followup the implementation of the Brand Marketing Plan
- Responsible for promoting Fragrance & Beauty Brand within the company framework, objective and strategy.
- Fixing Sales Target for the Beauty Advisors.
- Prepare monthly the forecast and orders required from the Brand.
- Prepare the target for the sales team with coordination with Brand Supervisor
- Following up the stock position with Warehouses and do necessary arrangements for transfer of goods between warehouses, showrooms and other locations.
- Monitoring the Brand Position, Shelf Merchandising, Brand Logo, Counter Display, Window Display and Transparency.
- Conducting General Training for all the Staff.
- Implementing and conducting promotions.
- Followup the implementation of new product launches, strategies, installing mall podiums, window display campaigns, sampling activities & massive product displays.
- Monitoring the beauty advisors activities & performance and providing all necessary elements in order to achieve the goal and target.
Requirements:
-
3-5 years experience as Key Account Manager in Fragrance & Beauty industry:
- Good communication skills in English & Arabic
- Age years old
