Job Title:
Financial Analyst

Location:
Business Bay, Dubai

Salary: 8K-10K AED per month

Must have 3+ years of UAE experience in a similar role

Job Overview:


We are looking for a Financial Analyst to provide accurate and data based information on the company's profitability, solvency, stability and liquidity.

You will research and analyze financial information to help the company make well informed decisions, write reports and monitor financial movements.

Analyses business and financial data. Creates financial models based on analyses to support organizational decision making. Develops financial plans and reports for organizational leaders. Analyzes industry trends and makes recommendations based on those trends. Evaluates capital expenditures and depreciation.


Key Responsibilities:

Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc) taking into account company's goals and financial standing


Analyze the trends of key performance indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenses, and profit margin.

Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances.

Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts.

Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance

Ad-hoc business performance reporting.

Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks

Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various B2C & B2B units and departments.

Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports.

Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic sales initiatives.

Support the senior management team and Department Leaders with data-driven analysis.

Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models

Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions to a senior financial analyst based on sound analysis

Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts

Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data

Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about novelty in the field

Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope

Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function


Key Skills Required:

Proven working experience as a Finance Analyst

Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages

Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills

Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis

BS degree in Finance, Economics or related field

3 to 5 years' experience.

AED8, AED10,000.00 per month
