Job Summary:
As an Industrial Painter, you will be assisting the Manufacturing of products in FCV Business Unit, to conform with the specifications, procedure, and certification requirements in Painting.
This role does not limit only to painting operation but also include periodic maintenance, support to subordinates and problem-solving actions.
You will be responsible to liase with Supervisors & Material Warehouse team.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Handle equipment's and tools with proper care and maintenance (1st level of maintenance)
- Make recommendation to eliminate nonvalue add in the activities to bring the function under optimum lean conditions.
- Comply Emerson safety standards.
- Ensure the safety of team working around.
- Open paintrelated safety topics in daily toolbox Communications
- Applies procedures which are described in QA Manual.
- Makes sure the final product is fully in line with work order requirements, prior to completion.
- Degreasing, Masking, Blasting, and painting of valve parts
- Perform paint test and record values as per SOP.
- When customer inspection takes place, assist the customer in carrying out final acceptance test upon requirement.
- Coordinate team to enhance 5s and safety improvement activities.
- Work with Assembly people to ensure the completion of paint touchup activities in timely manner
- Timely update tool requirements, repair, and calibration needs.

- Knowledge of Control Valves paint system.
