Requirements:

Stay current on relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards related to the real estate sector.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including Fair Housing laws.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.
Promote a positive and inclusive organizational culture that reflects the company's values and fosters employee engagement.
Plan and organize employee engagement activities, teambuilding events, and recognition programs.
Conduct regular surveys and assessments to measure employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement performance management processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance evaluation, feedback, goalsetting, and development planning.
Identify performance gaps and work collaboratively with managers to implement corrective actions and improvement plans.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role within the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly within the real estate sector.
Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
