Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the aim of promoting and selling products or services.

*Provide information about the features, benefits, and pricing of products or services to potential customers.

*Answer customer inquiries and address their concerns or objections to facilitate sales.

*Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and overcome objections.

*Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas by closing sales deals or generating qualified leads.

*Document and update customer information, including contact details, preferences, and interactions, in a CRM system.

*Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and secure repeat business.

*Collaborate with the sales team and sales manager to strategize and improve sales techniques and processes.

*Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' products to identify selling opportunities.

Skills:
*Excellent communication skills: Ability to articulate product/service features and benefits clearly, listen actively, and effectively convey information over the phone.

*Persuasion and negotiation skills: Capable of building rapport, overcoming objections, and closing sales deals.
