Location: Abu DhabiRole & Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analysis of escrow-related processes, products, and regulatory requirements within the UAE market.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and document business requirements for new escrow products or enhancements to existing ones.
Evaluate and interpret regulatory guidelines, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations pertaining to escrow services.
Develop comprehensive business analysis reports, outlining key findings, insights, and recommendations for optimizing escrow processes.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within the escrow domain.
Participate in the design and implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
Provide support during the testing phase, validating that escrow systems meet specified requirements and regulatory standards.
Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments affecting escrow services in the UAE.
Facilitate communication between technical and nontechnical stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs and priorities.
Be responsible for providing multidisciplinary teams with user stories and support to define the businessdriven acceptance criteria and test cases.
Proactively support the uplift of Agile practices and foster a culture of continual service improvement.
Assist with the elaboration of the user stories and requirements, supporting team members with their work where required.
Participate in and facilitate relevant Agile ceremonies and rituals: Backlog Refinement, Daily Standup, Iteration / Release Planning, Showcases/Sprint Review, Retrospective.
