Are you passionate about fragrances and love creating memorable experiences for customers? We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Sales Executive specializing in perfumes to join our retail team.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling a wide range of exquisite perfumes.

Your exceptional sales skills combined with your genuine love for fragrances will allow you to provide personalized recommendations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and personalized recommendations.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of our perfume collection and effectively communicate the unique characteristics and benefits of each product.
Proactively approach and engage customers on the sales floor to drive sales and meet individual targets.
Assist in visual merchandising to ensure attractive product displays that maximize sales opportunities.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and operating pointofsale systems.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, shelves, and perfume counters.
Stay uptodate with the latest fragrance trends, competitors' products, and industry advancements to better serve customers.

Requirements:

Proven track record of successful sales performance, preferably in the perfume industry.
Passionate about fragrances with a deep knowledge of various perfume brands, notes, and trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and understand customers' needs.
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Proactive and selfmotivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in perfumery or related field is a plus.
