    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping systems.
    • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and receipt.
    • Prepare and maintain financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
    • Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
    • Assist with payroll processing and related financial tasks.
    • Collaborate closely with other teams to support management in decision-making processes.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data security.

    Essential Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
    • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Desired Experience:

    • A minimum of 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience.
    • Experience in a fast-paced or service-oriented environment is preferred.
    • Prior experience in the travel or experiential service sector is a plus.
