Position :
Sales Manager
Must have:
- Minimum of 10 years SALES experience
- Minimum of 5 years SALES MANAGER experience in managing a sales team.
- Have a very good experience in handling the team
- Very good in English verbal and written communications.
- Drive the team and achieve the Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly target
- Training the team in sales process
- Managing the lead generation team and convert to Business.
- Recruiting the best sales agents, Building a team, training and make sure they achieve sales target consistently.
- Good experience in working under a Target based environment.
Salary :
AED 4,000 to 6,000 + Individual Incentives + Team Incentives.
Salary:
AED4, AED6,000.00 per month
