As a Real Estate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.

You will lead and inspire a team of real estate sales professionals, provide strategic guidance, and foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.

We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in real estate sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of real estate sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of success.
  • Set sales targets, develop sales strategies, and implement effective sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, developers, and industry professionals to generate leads and expand the company's network.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance the sales team's skills and knowledge.
  • Implement sales performance metrics and analyze data to evaluate individual and team

Requirments:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales management, including leading and managing a highperforming sales team.
  • Indepth knowledge of the local real estate market, including market trends, pricing, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong network and connections within the real estate industry, including clients, brokers, developers, and industry professionals.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and teambuilding skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse sales team.

Experience:

Sales Manager: 5 years (preferred)
