We are currently working with a leading regional pharmaceutical company to recruit a Beauty Marketing Head, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

You will be responsible for financial goals to achieve the business targets and growth plans and marketing budget allocation. Whilst developing marketing/operational plans, outlining, and designing key activities and marketing programs. This role is reporting into the Marketing Director and you will be managing a team of Brand Managers.

You must have OTC experience along with cosmetic/beauty/personal care/consumer health experience.

Key responsibilities;

  • Responsible for financial goals to achieve the company business targets and growth plans.
  • Responsible for Marketing budget allocation and Management.
  • Developing marketing plans, lead activities and marketing programs.
  • Identify market trends, understand financial data and customer needs to define advanced planning and product positioning strategies.
  • Creating tactical plans for key strategic markets/projects.
  • Commercially drive growth.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders and maintain strong relationships to support objectives.
Leadership;

  • Must have OTC experience (over the counter).
  • Must have Cosmetic/Beauty/Personal Care/Consumer Health experience.
  • Product Management experience.
  • Must be managing a team; marketing executives/brand managers.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • University degree in Business Marketing is required
  • 6 years or more in Marketing/Product Management or Commercial.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, Arabic
