- Assess current and future trainingand development needs for the hotel, deliver a variety ofprofessional quality training and development programs and evaluatethe effectiveness of training delivery by managers andsupervisors
- Conduct an 'ColleagueDevelopment Needs' analysis and prepare an AnnualLearning and Development Plan and budgetaccordingly
- Provide professional internalconsulting and conduct off job training sessions as necessary thatcreates measurable performance solutions and long-term growth anddevelopment for all colleagues.
- Pro-activelyshape a service-oriented culture within the operation by measuringand monitoring guest feedback and establishing effective means ofcommunicating this to the management and othercolleagues.
- Assist in the selection ofDepartmental Trainers, then train and develop them through ongoingworkshops and monthly meetings
