Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share for mobile and accessories products in the UAE.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, and distributors to drive business growth and secure long-term partnerships.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to develop innovative sales approaches and product offerings.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and marketing materials to support sales activities.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, provide sales forecasts, and report on sales performance to the senior management team.
- Stay updated with the latest industry developments, product knowledge, and market trends to provide accurate information and advice to customers and team members.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing terms with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Channel Sales Management that will manage the sales IR and OR in UAE Market (should have experience and relation with the Markets)
Requirements:_
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of
5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the mobile and accessories industry in the UAE market. - Indepth knowledge of the mobile and accessories market in the UAE, including key players, trends, and customer preferences.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and formulate effective sales strategies.
- Resultoriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- English and Arabic Speaker

AED10, AED 20,000.00 per month
