Description
Supervise and manage a team of van sales representatives.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

Train and coach the sales team to improve their sales skills.

Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance and set targets.

Establish and maintain relationships with key customers.

Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the business


Salary:
AED4, AED6,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
