Description
Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to established standards.- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and disinfect surfaces regularly.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring a neat and wellorganized appearance.
- Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms and common areas.
- Remove trash and recycling, and ensure proper disposal.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their needs and inquiries.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is required.
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures to uphold a clean and hygienic environment.
- Work efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Respect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines while performing duties.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge
Experience:
- Housekeeper: 2 years (preferred)
