We are urgently looking for Inside Sales Executive for Digital Marketing, Recruitment and HealthCare business units.


  • Degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or in any discipline with 35 years of sales/business development experience (healthcare, manpower recruitment, digital marketing).
  • Proficient in English communication.
  • Strong Proposal writing skills with Experience in preparing Bids, RFT/RFPs.
  • UAE market knowledge.
  • Strong client relationship management and development aptitude.
  • Possess professional presentation skills.
  • Must possess progressive sales management experience and a demonstrated record of sales growth.
  • Ability to facilitate and orchestrate resources crossfunctionally to support sales efforts.
  • Bring an entrepreneurial approach to all initiatives.
  • Market research experience.
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Immediately available and can be relocated to Abu Dhabi.


  • Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects through detailed market research.
  • Writing Proposals, Bids, RFT/RFP.
  • Work closely with Senior Management to design and execute preagreed strategies built around developing new business growth.
  • Work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Open business development dialogs with strategic customers, targeting both government and semigovernment entities.
  • Financial planning, marketing, strategy development, and implementation.
  • Identify and attend tradeshows and other business functions to keep abreast of developments in the marketplace, find potential new businesses, and market the company's endtoend solutions.
  • Networking, presenting, and public speaking.

Job Type:

AED5, AED7,000.00 per month
