Description
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Working within budget parameters to develop and implement effective communication strategies by analyzing key data and consumer insights.
  • Building the right strategy together with the Customer Experience department to enhance customer retention rates, increase daily throughputs, and improve customer mobile app usage rates.
  • Oversee the Telesales department to ensure that all generated leads are attended on time and assigned accordingly.
  • Develop annual & quarterly comprehensive marketing plans that covers the overall strategy, KPIs, forecasted leads qualifications, workshop throughputs and grow the AutoCentral brand name in the market.
  • In coordination with the service management team, Implement & promote attractive service contract schemes in with the General manager that are competitive and attractive to secure customer retention.
  • Initiate robust retail campaigns for both Retail and B2B channels covering Al Masaood Automobiles key brands & AutoCentral (Multiband service centre) to generate the maximum business opportunity.
  • Leverage and maximize on opportunities to position the AutoCentral brand through storytelling platforms social channels, press, events and other creative content in order maximise brand awareness & visibility.
  • Manage the marketing business relationship with the OEM's After-Sales divisions and deliver the required quarterly reports/ plans when required.
  • Analyse and monitor financial, technological and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and to minimize the effects of competitive activity.

Requirements:


  • 5 to 7 years in a related field/role, with prior exposure to an agency or in house role in a management position
  • Knowledge of current and best communication channels and digital marketing ecosystem
  • Proven experience with loyalty programmes
  • Proven ability to work independently and with others
  • Able to nurture talent, manage complex human relationships and culturally sensitive.
  • Proven capabilities to act in the local and regional market
  • MS Office skills

Salary:
Up to AED25,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
