Description
Create detailed journal entries and post them to the general ledger (GL) to track all income statements and expenses

  • Handle all accounts payable and receivable daily to make sure each invoice and expense report is accurate
  • Reconcile all business accounts to ensure our records match up and no transaction gets lost
  • Preparing Daily cash flow and Bank reconciliation
  • Manage all incoming / payments with proper documentation and control
  • Follow up with vendors for accounts payable and keep in touch as needed for collections and ensure bills are paid on time.
  • Close the books on monthly basis
  • Preparing and filing VAT
  • Assist the real estate team or other staff accountants with other accounting duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor / master's degree in commerce/ finance
  • 45 years' experience in property management / real estate company in UAE mandatory.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
  • Good ERP skills required.

Salary:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month
