    The trade marketing specialist IMEA role isto analyses the market tendency (potential/ trend/need/ sell outs)putting in correlation with the sales out to measure the lostpotential and the future source of business.

    TheAnalyst/trade marketing specialist support sales and the marketingteam with creating tools for the sales team organize launching planof new product with adapted promotion plan and trainings to thesales and marketing team accordingly over IMEA(Africa/India/GCC)and adapt the marketing strategy centrally andlocally by supporting the Distributors / Business Developers fromthese different countries to develop the business through themarketing mix (Products Pricing Promotions Placement) and theimplementation of the marketing tools (Loyalty programs PromotionsSelling Tools etc) in coordination with the marketing and salesdirectors. Mapping of the countries covered looking for data mixand potentiality market analysis in a nutshell are expected.

    Reporting to theSenior Marketing Manager :

    AnalystPlanning & Strategy

    To define IMEA TradeMarketing plan (yearly & longterm) with the BU andpartners

    To define local annual Trade Marketingplan for each market

    To structure thepotentialities per family product (multicategory opportunities/high brands priorities development)

    Screening ofthe distribution channel on each area to ensure an efficientpenetration rate on all category (BtB/Foodservice)

    To share and align plans with marketingand sales

    Define potential and target for eachbrand

    Improve the LoyaltyProgram

    Analyse the success andlosses

    Analyse the sales feedbacks followingactivations

    Evaluate annual performance of theprogram (ROI business impact) and issue recommendations to improveit

    Trade marketing Support Commercial &Pastry Activities

    Frame the vision andproblematic of the market and develop tools adapted to it(promotion)

    Sales tools (sales books productdescriptions marketing sheets etc) for daily commercialactions

    Promotions carried out in various markets(recipe layouts specific booklets gift ordering gift developmentetc)

    Involve in the Trade shows driven by themarketing

    Competition Intelligence/ competitorsurvey

    Pricing Recommendations

    Trade Marketing Productinformations

    Adapt with the operation and thesupply all the problematic link with import and export (labelling/range/ packaging)

    To Work Closely / Collaboratewith Marketing team based inHO

    Requirements

    Fluent in English additionallangues is a plus

    3 years in a similar role withUAE experience

    Expert on Excel Word PPT.Knowledge of Indesign and Ilustrator is aplus.

    Salesforce Power BI Showpad knowledge is aplus

    Strong understanding of the marketing mix(Product launches Pricing Promotions Customer loyalty programsCompetition monitoring etc)

    Strong understandingof the Food service environment
