    • Recording theinventory and reporting the depleted or low supplies to thesupervisor.
    • Sorting and discarding the expiredfood or meal ingredients stored in the freezers, refrigerators, andalso stock rooms.
    • Making sure the kitchen areais clean by performing basic cleaning duties and making sure allthe kitchen stuff has been sanitizedproperly.
    • Helping the chef doing plating basedon the chef's instruction.
    • Unboxing,unpacking, and organizing deliveries.
    • Makingsure all the food and meal ingredients are storedproperly.
