- Preparing basic items likebreakfast, sandwiches, acai bowls
- Measuring theingredients accurately duringpreparation.
- Making kitchen preparation such aschopping, peeling, and washing vegetables andfruits.
- Preparing menu items according to thedirection of the chef.
- Verifying and receivingall the meal ingredients requested and make sure all of them arecomplete and in good quality.
- Recording theinventory and reporting the depleted or low supplies to thesupervisor.
- Sorting and discarding the expiredfood or meal ingredients stored in the freezers, refrigerators, andalso stock rooms.
- Making sure the kitchen areais clean by performing basic cleaning duties and making sure allthe kitchen stuff has been sanitizedproperly.
- Helping the chef doing plating basedon the chef's instruction.
- Unboxing,unpacking, and organizing deliveries.
- Makingsure all the food and meal ingredients are storedproperly.
