The Administrator ITServices will:

• assist in developingmaintaining and supporting the university student informationsystem learning management system and web applications.
• bring new innovative ideas to the university ITdepartment.

MajorResponsibilities:

• Administration ofCAMS SIS and Moodle LMS ensuring system reliability availabilityand optimal performance.
• Manage and optimizethe Universitys online payment gateway for efficient and securefinancial transactions.
• Customization andUpgrades system for both the CAMS SIS and Moodle LMS ensuringsmooth operation and improvements.
• Coordinatethe integration of the CAMS SIS with other university systems suchas HR and finance to ensure seamless data flow and consistencyacross platforms.
• Determining all customcoding requirements for the site creation using Microsoft .NET .NETCore MVC PHP & Microsoft and MySQL Serverdatabase.
• Develop and maintain WordPresswebsite Content Management and Plugin Management

Customization:

• Buildingwebbased reporting tools using best reporting tools through a webportal or application.
• Determining the bestsolution based on the issue and details provided by StudentsFaculties and staffs.
• Develop and maintainreports with new technologies and trends; resolve technicalproblems.
• Provide system administration andoperational support to the relevant servers andapplications.
• Safeguarding the Website/Webappsfrom viruses and security threats by best practicecoding.
• Performing onsite & remotetroubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinentquestions.
• Walk the customer through theproblemsolving process.
• Record events andproblems and their resolution in logs.
• Pass onany feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriateinternal team.
• Keeping a record of issues andfaults along with solutions for future reference via IT Serviceportal.
• Implement any other duties as assignedby Supervisor and Department Head.

PERFORMANCE CRITERIA:

• Threeyears experience in is Experience in a Website/WebAppsdevelopment.
• Proficiency inEnglish.
• Continually seek opportunities todevelop self and if applicable subordinates.
• Excellent organizational abilities and customer serviceskills.
• Ability to operate effectively andprofessionally under pressure.
• Ability tocollaborate and improve the quality of IT processes services andproducts.
• Previous experience in educationsector with CAMS SIS and LMS systems with IT Database managementtechnical skills.
