- To complete activities on thepreventive maintenance schedule and breakdown maintenance to ensurenon interrupted service to the resort. All the kitchen and laundryequipment as well as steam boiler and other Equipments under yourresponsibility as specified in hotel plans.
- Tolook after guest safety, and address any guest issues as quickly aspossible, ensuring that they are completely happy with the workdone.
- To complete activities on the preventivemaintenance schedule as specified in hotelplans.
- To look after all the tools supplied bythe Hotel in a professional manner, and correctly maintain anddeposit them after finishing the shift.
- Toclean all work areas after finishing the tasksproperly.
- To follow all safety procedures whilecarrying out any tasks.
- To always maintaineffective communication with the ShiftLeader.
- To actively participate in the energyconservation programs of the Hotel.
- To utilizeor recommend usage of all environmentally friendly products in theworkplace.
- To suggest cost saving ideas as andwhen possible, not limited to the EngineeringDepartment.
