Rerotti Spa and Wellness is urgently looking to recruit a warm and friendly Spa Therapist to join our team at The Els Club

Responsibilities:

Provide every guest with appropriate aftercare/lifestyle advice/retail and treatment recommendations.
Ensure every treatment is carried out as per the trained procedure with any necessary amendments for medical conditions applied.
You will have knowledge about all aspects of treatments, spa therapy, and the facility.
Responsible for driving the guest experience and communication amongst the colleagues orchestrating a smooth guest sequence delivery.
Ensure guest / member preferences and special requests are accommodated to the best of the property's abilities.
Always maintain guest confidentiality.

Qualifications And Experience

Provides Spa treatments including: facials, body scrubs (Hammam) massage treatments in accordance with Spa standards.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a therapy role.
Experience of working in a luxury facility or similar, preferably in a Wellness Spa is advantageous.
Manicures, pedicures and waxing (preferred)
Exceptional grooming standards, professional at all times with a flexible 'can do' attitude.
English is a must, other languages are an advantage
