Administration Assistant

  • Drafting and Creating Contract A, Contract B, Contract F, MOU, NOC, Form I and other property related contracts online through Dubai Rest App and completing all paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure that the deal is closed as quickly as possible.
  • Build good working relationship among Brokers and Clients and Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
  • Follow up with Agents and Clients for documents, and details as necessary.
  • Managing a client database and preparing reports.
  • Prepares Invoices and Receipts for deals closed.
  • Performs any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
  • Visiting Trustee office to handle important issues.

Requirements:


  • Knowledge of RERA rules and regulations
  • Good working experience in MS Office, Internet, Database Software, etc.
  • Good written and oral communication skills Exceptional Organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and take initiative

Salary:
AED7, AED8,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- administrative assistant: 2 years (preferred)


Language:


  • Hindi/Malayalam (preferred)
