Wordcraft Legal Translation is a leading language services provider specializing in legal translations. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Tele Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our legal translation services and expanding our client base.


Responsibilities:


Conduct Outbound Calls:

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients within the legal industry to introduce our services, generate interest, and promote our offerings.

Perform daily sales calls to leads and record the same.


Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their specific translation needs and providing tailored solutions. Deliver the scripted sales pitch to the customers and adjust it accordingly as per individual needs.


Lead Generation:
Identify potential leads through various sources, including online research, business directories, and industry networking events. Qualify and sort potential leads.


Appointment Scheduling:
Take appointments with potential leads and forward them to the marketing team for further engagement.


Collaborate with Marketing Team:
Assist the marketing team in achieving sales targets and help them in reaching their goals.


Inbound Calls Handling:
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries about our services. Provide quotations for customer inquiries.


Follow-up: Record all inbound inquiries and follow them up to closing the deal.


Customer Support:
Resolve clients' problems and issues related to the services provided.


Client Feedback:
Call existing and prospective clients to receive feedback on our services and identify areas for improvement.


Relationship Building:
Build and maintain a good relationship with all customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Requirements:


  • Experience: Proven experience in tele marketing or sales, preferably in the language services or legal industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of other languages will be an asset.
  • Persuasive Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to convert leads into clients.
  • Goaloriented: Selfmotivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer-Centric: A customerfocused approach with the ability to build rapport and maintain longterm relationships with clients.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant sales tools.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude during challenging situations.
  • Ethical: Adhere to ethical business practices and maintain client confidentiality.

Job Types:

Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
