    • Practices a"clean as you go" policy in all foodpreparation and service areas

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in a culinary orfood preparation setting
    • Flexible in workingshifts and as per businessrequirements
    • Knowledge of HACCP and food safetyguidelines
    • Food safety basic level 2certification, or currently working towardsit
