- Follows all HACCP and safetyguidelines, ensuring that food safety is adhered to throughout thevenue
- Reports defective equipment and systemsto the head chef or duty manager
- Ensure stockrotation (FIFO), ordering and usage is diligently followed tominimize stock and financial lossesthereof
- Seeks feedback from customers and frontof house teams to continuously improve food quality and exceedcustomer expectations
- Practices a"clean as you go" policy in all foodpreparation and service areas
- Previous experience in a culinary orfood preparation setting
- Flexible in workingshifts and as per businessrequirements
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safetyguidelines
- Food safety basic level 2certification, or currently working towardsit
