Partner with stakeholders to build comprehensive training materials and programs, develop learning & development strategy, conduct coaching and development workshops, assessment techniques and be responsible for instructional development projects.

Responsibilities:

Create engaging learning activities and course content that enhances retention and transfer of knowledge, skills and behaviours on the job.
Create supporting material / media e.g. audio, video, simulations, role plays, games.
Decide on the criteria used to evaluate and assess the learner's performance and development.
Maintain and update project documentation and materials.
Utilise visual design programs available such as Adobe Captivate and Video Editing.
Assist in the implementation, maintenance and evolution of LMS with blended learning platforms.
Co-ordinates instructional design projects from inception to completion.
Consults with necessary stakeholders on instructional design and learning objectives
Assists in the development of instructional strategies, course materials, assessment techniques, appropriate integration technologies and best practices
Designs and produces learning materials in a variety of formats including print, audio, video, animation and multimedia as required.
Researches and makes recommendations on best practices, instructional resources, instructional technologies and multimedia hardware/software to support training and learning.
