Job Purpose Ensure the efficient flow ofthe production operations through scheduling planning andmonitoring of operations of customers property JobDescription

• Coordinate the production workflow for one or multipleproduction streams
• Determine resources (humanequipment raw materials) needed to cover the production demands
• Plan and prioritize operations to avoiddelays and optimize performance
• Assign staffto production operations in collaboration with managers
• Develop production schedules and shifts and monitor jobto ensure timely delivery
• Alert on potentialissues and gather output information and results
• Prepare and submit status and performancereports

You are meant for this job if:

• Technical bachelor degree in production planning / 8years of experience Ability to work in a dynamic and complexenvironment.
• Coordinate customer property inAbu Dhabi with TFMC customers
• Releases ordersinto production per Production Schedule or as requested
• Print drawings Routing and other related materials tocreate production order packet for the floor or shipping packet foroutside service operations
• MonitorsWIP in the area of responsibility to ensure adherence to theschedule and transaction accuracy. Provides status reports of WIPto appropriate parties to support progressupdates
• Coordinatespurchase orders for outside service operations
• Reviews production needs of Assembly or Manufacturing anddetermines priorities of action needed for unscheduledwork
• Assists with expediting the materialmovement of critical path materials and updates progress of WIPProduction Orders
• Works withEngineering to ensure that routings are appropriate for work to bedone
• Assists in preparingCapacity Load files for the area as well as to ensure properresources (manpower and machine tools) are available to support WIPspecially for emergency or unplanned releases
• Supervises and directs the other work of assetcoordinators and WST technicians for the repair and preparation ofassets and shipment coordinator to customers

Skills

• Technical diploma or Degree
• 4 to 6years of experience
• Required knowledge ofbusiness systems SAP InteServ and ServiceMax
• 23 Years of Surface Wellhead experience in installationsor MMR
• Able to use MS Office andcomputer
• Operates with minimal supervisionmust adhere to and support order release policies. Must beproactive in determining source of problems corrective actions& providing feedback. Research and gather data in ERPsystem for various reports and data request
• Able to work varible scheulde and operate on call in afast paced dynamic environment
