We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ChiefTechnology Officer (CTO) to join our clients team in Dubai.

Theideal candidate will have a strong background in ArtificialIntelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) preferably withexperience in a Generative AI company.

Startup experience is highlydesirable along with a proven track record of leadership spanning 8to 10 years. The CTO will be responsible for developing andexecuting technology strategies that drive innovation and businessgrowth.


Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technology team in developing cuttingedge AI and MLsolutions.
Drive the development and implementation ofscalable and robust applications capable of handling a millionplusconcurrent users.
Collaborate closely withcrossfunctional teams to align technology initiatives with businessgoals.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship toteam members fostering a culture of innovation andexcellence.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies andindustry trends to drive continuous improvement andinnovation.
Ensure the stability security andscalability of our technology infrastructure.
Overseethe development and execution of the technology roadmap ensuringalignment with business objectives.
Drive a culture ofaccountability collaboration and continuous improvement within thetechnology organization.
Foster a collaborative andinclusive work environment that promotes diversity andinclusion


Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or arelated field.
8 to 10 years of progressive leadershipexperience in technology roles with a focus on AI andML.
Proven track record of success in developing andrunning applications with a millionplus concurrentusers.
Experience working in a Generative AI company ishighly desirable.
Strong leadership and managementskills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the abilityto effectively communicate complex technical concepts tonontechnical stakeholders.
Startup experience ispreferred with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fastpaced anddynamic environment.
Willingness to travel to Indiaoffice locations as needed.
Stability in job historypreferred.
Ability to join the team early is aplus.
