    ThePosition

    As a CustomerRepresentative, you will utilize your strategic acumen to bringcompany's products to the market to appropriately electedtargeted account and health systems. You would be regularlyengaging with healthcare professionals, to ensure that Organon isviewed as demonstrating value and better health outcomes tohealthcare professionals and patients by demonstrating the highestlevel of product and disease knowledge coupled with yourcompetencies in sales and accountmanagement.

    Responsibilities

    • Organizing Appointments and meetingswith HCP's, Building and maintaining a good businessrelationship with customers.
    • Planning andconducting daily visits to HCP's to promote assignedproducts, convey company messages.
    • Creates,monitors and revises lead generation plans to generate asubstantive business opportunitypipeline.
    • Understand and values theorganization ethics fully and then apply that knowledge to theirinteractions.
    • Provide the necessary clinicaland outcomes data regarding their products andservices.
    • Have the ability to providebusiness-to-business partnership solutions that can drive revenueand save cost.
    • Tailor messages to the audiencewith whom they are interacting.
    • Have theability to discuss how their product or service can aid in meetingthe organization's qualitymetrics.
    • Responds to customerquestions.
    • Effectively builds rapport withcustomers by probing for needs and recommending appropriatesolutions.
    • Achieves monthly, quarterly, andannual goals, while ensuring the optimum customer experience andsatisfaction by following established processes andprocedures.
    • Execution of marketing strategy infull alignment with Brand & CustomerManagers.
    • Collaboration with commercial& market access teams to achievegoals.
    • 100% execution under compliance /Pharmacovigilance SOPs (Policies & Procedures).

    Required Education,Experience And Skills

    • BS degree in pharmaceutical / Medicalscience.
    • Maximum 6 years of experience insales
    • Proven sales trackrecord.
    • Experience in Cardiovascular/Atherosclerosis therapeutic area(preferred).
    • Excellent communicationskills.
    • Results oriented with ability to meetdeadlines and handle challengingassignments.
    • Very Good command of Englishlanguage.
    • Proficient with required practicalapplications & software.
    • Competentpresentation skills.
    • Self-motivated andenergetic with drive to excel.
