    Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Executive for Business Setup and Operations in Dubai to play a pivotal role in establishing and managing our operations in this dynamic business hub. This role will be instrumental in driving the successful setup, growth, and daily operations of our business in Dubai, ensuring compliance with local regulations and achieving our strategic objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Business Setup: Lead the end-to-end process of setting up our business presence in Dubai, including selecting the most suitable location (e.g., DIFC, Downtown Area), obtaining the necessary licenses, and establishing an efficient and compliant corporate structure.
    2. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for Dubai, aligning with Cryptures' global goals. Identify opportunities for growth, partnerships, and market penetration in the UAE.
    3. Compliance and Legal: Ensure full compliance with local laws, regulations, and reporting requirements. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to navigate the regulatory landscape effectively.
    4. Office Setup: Oversee the establishment of a prestigious office location within Dubai, tailored to accommodate our multifaceted financial services, including crypto, asset management, NFTs, and financial lounges.
    5. Team Building: Recruit and build a high-performing team to support our operations in Dubai. Provide leadership, mentorship, and ongoing development to team members.
    6. Financial Management: Develop and manage the budget for Dubai operations, ensuring financial sustainability and responsible resource allocation.
    7. Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and government authorities in Dubai. Represent Cryptures in local business communities and events.
    8. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
    • Proven experience in setting up and managing business operations in Dubai or the UAE.
    • Deep understanding of local regulatory requirements and compliance.
    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
