Responsibilities

Post and process data entries to ensure all business transactionsare recorded

Handle petty cash and other day-to-daytransactions

Provide quick support to the customers on their queries, requestsfor SOA, including follow up on overdue and next due

Regularreview of payments received, confirmation to the customers andallocation of payments once details are received from

Supportmonthly closing activities by booking all receipts, credit notesand petty cash vouchers before the

Keep trackof all intercompany transactions to be billed and

Updatefinancial data in databases to ensure that information will beaccurate and immediately available whenneeded

Prepare and submit weekly/monthlyreports

Assist senior accountant in the preparation of monthly/yearlyclosings

Assist with audit and other accountingprojects

Requirements

RequiredSkills

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance, Inter CA/ InterACCA

Provenexperience as a junioraccountant

Excellent organizingabilities

Great attention todetail

Goodwith numbers andfigures

Goodunderstanding of accounting and financial reporting principles andpractices

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with accountingsoftwares
