Al Aseel Recruitment Co is representing a reputable Technical Co in the UAE, currently seeking a qualified Human Resources Executive to join their team.

Suggesting HR policies and initiatives and implement once attaining approval from the Group Human Resources Manager.
Bridging the HR department and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues in a professional & respectful manner.
Managing the recruitment and selection process for the group alongside departmental assistance and assist in the recruitment within its subsidiaries.
Managing current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital (experience & long-term employees).
Managing employees' annual leaves, sick leaves, and attendance by providing report to the Group Human Resources Manager.
Managing and coordinating all subsidiary entities in HR matters dealing with General Manager and/or HR employee (if available).
Engaging with recruitment agencies for closing positions on time.
Managing all original employees' documents in both a hard & soft copy (including subsidiary companies), in an organized filing system that is easy to navigate. All soft copies should be stored on our shared filing system (Dropbox).
Coordinating with Group Compliance Manager and/or Compliance Executive to ensure UAE legal compliances with human resource management.
Preparing payroll after reviewing attendance and sending the payroll sheet to Accounts department and the Group Human Resources Manager for review and ensure monthly payrolls are paid on time through WPS.
Creating and coordinating with insurance companies to ensure all staff have an insurance policy. Ensuring employees across the company and its subsidiaries have insurance policy effectively.
Creating & revising all employees' roles and responsibilities, upon receiving the Group Human Resources Manager or subsidiary managerial approval. Ensuring all employees have roles and responsibilities, executed by both parties and attached in the Employment Contract.
Creating, maintaining and revising the company's handbook on policies and procedures of approval reimbursements or deductions of salaries (if necessary).
Preparing any NOC and verification letter for all employees and arranging subsequent Group Human Resources Manager and/or CEO signature.
Managing termination process including the preparation of Notice Period Letters and calculation of pending dues including gratuity calculations as per UAE labour law.
Preparing a weekly/monthly HR report to the Group Human Resources Manager concerning hires, remuneration, staff counts, visa status, alongside any other relevant HR information.
Ensuring that all subordinates perform to their responsibilities & job roles.
Ensuring all subordinates preform their job roles & responsibilities.
Assuming responsibility for all roles and tasks given to subordinates in their absence.
Other roles and responsibilities to be assigned by the Group Human Resources Manager and/or CEO.
