Description

We are looking for a well-spoken Russian or Ukrainian telesales representative for soliciting sales and company introduction over the telephone.

The telesales representative's responsibilities include contacting potential customers, focusing on customer needs and documenting customer information.

The Telesales representative has excellent communication and listening skills, and sales ability should be meticulous in keeping and updating records.

Job Position:

TELE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Only those with relevant experience will be considered.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in new customers and promoting new services products to the existing client base.

Responsibilities:

Learn details about our product and service offerings
Reach out to potential customers to present our product and service offering
Address any questions or issues customers may have
Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
Offer solutions based on clients' needs and capabilities
Direct prospects and leads to the sales team
Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers.
Answering customers' questions on the proposition.
Keep an updated customer database
Measure identified KPIs
Always strive towards meeting sales quota
Track and document calls and sales

Qualifications/Skills:

Must have at least a minimum 2 years of Tele Sales experience in Real Estate Consultancy
Bachelor's degree/High Diploma or equivalent experience in Business & Administration
Sales, Closing, Negotiation & Presentation skills
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, other languages advantageous
Calm and positive approach
Outstanding negotiation skills and a natural ability to resolve queries, concerns from customers

Work Hours & Benefits:

Full time (Monday
Friday) (09:00 18:00)

AED 3,000 - AED 5,000

Base salary + None capped commission structure
