Description

Responsibilities:


  • Create and manage BIM models for interior design projects.
  • Prepare detailed electrical layouts in compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
  • Design lighting layouts that enhance aesthetic appeal and functionality.
  • Produce fitout shop drawings that accurately represent design intentions and specifications.
  • Prepare and calculate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with pricing for project components.

Requirements:


  • Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and lighting design.
  • Experience in generating detailed shop drawings for interior fitouts.
  • Ability to prepare accurate BOQs and pricing.
  • Excellent coordination skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Pay:
AED3, AED4,200.00 per month


Ability to Commute/Relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Bachelor's (required)
