Admiral is an integrated marine services company based at Dubai, UAE.
We are looking for experienced
Accounts Executive / Manager for our office preferably experienced in shipping companies / oil & gas sector.
Experince looking for:
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payables.
General Ledger.
Inventory Management, Asset Management.
Reconciliation of Accounts.
Finalization of Accounts
MIS Reports.
Audit Coordination with External & Internal Auditors.
Correspondences with Creditors, Debtors & Bank.
Technical and Personal Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills (English skills)
- Minimum 2 years in a related role, either technical or sales (required)
- Minimum 2 Years in Oil & Gas/Energy Sector (required)
- Proficient Level Microsoft Office User (Word, Excel. Outlook) (required)
- Experience using a CRM (HubSpot preferable).
- Can join immediately (maximum 30 days' notice)
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Master's (preferred)
Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- Arabic (preferred)
