    Weare seeking for energetic and proactive HR Coordinator to join ourteam and take charge of onboarding processes and performancemanagement initiatives.

    As the HR Coordinator you will play a vitalrole in ensuring the seamless integration of new hires into ourorganization while also supporting the development andimplementation of effective performance management strategies.

    Qualifications Experience &Other Skills:

    Bachelors degree in HumanResources Management or related field.

    Recent46 years experience in HR preferably in busy and large healthcaresetting / Hospitality industry.

    Strongexperience and understanding of onboarding processes andperformance management functions are essential

    Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office Suite is essential. SAP SF(Successfactors) experience a definite plus.

    Must possess a pleasant personality with exceptional communicationand interpersonal skills.

    Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

    Proactive attitude with a commitment tocontinuous improvement.

    Excellentorganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple taskssimultaneously.

    Work experience in UAE withreputed and large organization/s desired

    Candidates meeting above requirements and available to join in 34weeks will be well regarded.

    KeyResponsibilities

    Onboarding:

    Maintain accurate anduptodate employee files and ensure compliance with company policyand legal requirements.

    Manage the onboardingprocess for new hires including conducting orientations andcoordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition fornew employees including Uniform distribution and Biometricregistration.

    Coordinate flight ticket andhotel booking for new employees ensuring that all travelarrangements are made in a timely and costeffective manner.

    Send welcome emails to new hires andcoordinate with relevant departments to arrange workstationsstationery business cards and welcome kits.

    Provide orientation related to Employee Self Service insurancebenefits eligibility and coverage.

    Preparecontracts for new employees and renew the existing employeescontracts in accordance with company policies and legalrequirements.

    Process employee insurance andensure timely and accurate updates to employee records.

    PerformanceManagement:

    Provide administrative support forperformance management processes including scheduling performancereviews tracking performance metrics and maintaining performancedocumentation.

    Assist in the implementationand maintenance of performance management systems and toolsincluding software platforms and reporting mechanisms.

    Generate reports and analytics on learning anddevelopment activities training completion rates and performancetrends to inform decisionmaking.

    Serve as apoint of contact for employees regarding learning and developmentopportunities performance management inquiries and relatedadministrative tasks.

    Assist in thecoordination and delivery of learning and development programsincluding scheduling training sessions arranging logistics andcommunicating with participants.

    Maintaintraining records and databases ensuring accuracy and compliancewith organizational standards.

    Collaboratewith internal stakeholders to collect training needs assessmentsand feedback to inform program improvements.


    Support the design and development of training materialspresentations and resources under the guidance of the Learning& Development and Performance Officer.

    Coordinate the distribution of training materials and resources toparticipants ensuring accessibility and effectiveness.
