    Admin Officer - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - World Security

    Description

    Assist with the Document Controlling tasksand support of the implementation of new document archiving systemand procedure


    • Support with developingdepartment templates where required


    •Update Department Procedures document as per requirements given bysection manage


    • Assist the team withthe implementation of new systems and procedures within thedepartment


    • Provide Manager Quality& Support with regular updates on system and processimprovements within the department


    •Provide Manager Quality & Support with regular updates onsystem and process improvements within thedepartment


    • Coordinate with theinternal teams to review existing department processes andprocedures and develop new procedures where required to enhanceoverall operational performance andefficiency


    • Contribute to departmentprocesses and procedures through proposing new approaches toenhance overall performance of the department
    • Coordinatewith Asset & Property Management department sections onimplementation of various projects andtasks


    • Support with processing invoicesand raising requisitions for services required for daytodayoperations


    • Compile weekly and monthlyreports, as well as any other reports required by the section head,in a timely manner


    • Support the teamwith daytoday activities where required
