Responsibilities:


  • Identify and prioritize target markets and industries within the IT sector for business development opportunities.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand and communicate our solutions and services effectively to potential clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and in line with company objectives.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles within the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decisionmakers.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Resultsoriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales processes.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
