    As a Business Development Manager at LocAI, you will play a crucial and dynamic role in driving our growth, leveraging your strong background in technology or AI and a deep understanding of the tech and AI landscape. We are looking for a results-driven individual who combines a unique blend of commercial and technical acumen, industry knowledge, and sales expertise. In this position, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across diverse industries, building strong client relationships, and closing deals that align with our strategic objectives. Your role is pivotal in shaping our company's future in the AI space, requiring a proactive and strategic approach to business development.

    What Will You Do

    • Strategically build your pipeline to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
    • Independently generate leads and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and build LocAI customer archetypes. Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for different industries.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
    • Identify emerging trends and shifts in the competitive landscape.
    • Work closely with our technical teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities and developments, providing timely feedback on client needs and market trends.
    • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.

    Who You Are

    • 3+ years of field B2B sales experience, preferably in the tech or AI industry.
    • Proven success in B2B sales, meeting or exceeding targets. Ideally in the Medical, Construction/Architecture, Legal or Education field.
    • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level.
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively with Product and Tech teams.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
    • Startup or scale up experience required.
    • GCC experience required.
    • You thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to change.
    • You are a process driven and structured thinker.
    • You work well in ambiguity.
    • Proven ability to work in English and Arabic preferred.
