Household Personal Assistant/Supervisor


Main Responsibilities:

  • Making and answering phone calls on behalf of the family
  • Scheduling appointments for family members
  • Coordinating house maintenance and scheduling repairs if needed
  • Grocery shopping and maintaining household supplies
  • Handling daily, weekly, and monthly bill payments
  • Supervising and assisting other staff members employed in the household
  • Ensuring household hygiene through daily, weekly, and monthly inspections
  • Planning and coordinating events, such as parties or family gatherings
  • Checking on staff members' personal needs, including medical care
  • Performing light housekeeping duties as required
  • Conducting interviews for domestic helpers in Tadbeer offices and reviewing CVs if necessary

Qualification and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills
  • Respectful, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality

Salary:
AED4,000.00 per month


Ability to Commute:

  • Ras alKhaimah (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Ras alKhaimah: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
