- Patients and their familymembers/caregivers.
- Diplomaor equivalent certificate in Healthrelated fields (e.g.Health Care Administration Public Health Health Education) SocialSciences or BusinessAdministration.
- Bachelors degree inHealthrelated fields (e.g. Health Care AdministrationPublic Health Health Education) Social Sciences or BusinessAdministration.
- Minimum 2years of experience at a healthcare provider (e.g. hospitaloutpatient clinic) or with a healthcareprofessional.
- Medical center operation andcoordination experience.
- Quality experience inJAWDA TASNEEFKPIs.
- Administrative duties anddatabase usage experience.
- Experience inprimary care services (such as chronic disease management andpreventive services).
- Knowledge of medicalterminology.
- Excellentverbal and written communication skills inEnglish andArabic.
- Strongorganizational and documentation skills with attention todetail.
- Strong critical thinking andproblemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in commonword processing presentation spreadsheet and emailtools.
- Data analysis and managementskills.
