1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.

4. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
5. Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers to facilitate effective decision-making.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
2. UAE Experience is a MUST.
3. Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
6. Understanding of the talent market and industry trends.
7. Results-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates.
8. With experience in hiring, head hunting, recruitment and selection of Managerial positions, Sales, Business Development and other Key positions.
