Job summary
Keep track of all payments and expenditures including payroll purchase orders invoices and statements reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances maintain historical records pay employees by verifying expense reports and preparing paychecks pay vendors by scheduling paychecks ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit respond to all vendor inquiries regarding finance prepare analyses of accounts produce monthly reports continuously improve the payment process.
