Key Responsibilities:


As a seasoned Financial Planning & Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial strategy and decision-making processes.

Leveraging your extensive analytical skills (80% focus), you will spearhead comprehensive financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting activities. Your proficiency in data analysis and interpretation will contribute significantly to strategic planning initiatives and business performance optimization. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing reporting functions (20%), ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.


Core Duties:

Advanced Financial Modeling: Develop intricate financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, providing valuable insights into future financial performance.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial plans with overall business objectives, offering analytical guidance to drive informed decision-making.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, employing your analytical expertise to enhance accuracy and efficiency in predicting financial outcomes.

Analytical Insights: Conduct in-depth analyses of financial data, market trends, and operational metrics, presenting actionable insights to support key business initiatives.

Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and performance metrics, continuously monitoring and evaluating financial performance against strategic goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, providing financial insights and analytics to aid in the development and execution of departmental strategies.

Reporting Excellence: Oversee the reporting function, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial planning, analytics, and reporting functions, implementing best practices to enhance overall efficiency.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 710 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analytics, and reporting roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and ERP systems.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to mentor a highperforming team.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED20, AED35,000.00 per month
