    Description
    • Safely operate a delivery vehicle (car van or truck) following all traffic laws and safety regulations.
    • Load and unload items from the delivery vehicle ensuring that packages are secure and undamaged during transportation.
    • Plan delivery routes efficiently to minimize travel time and fuel costs while meeting delivery deadlines.
    • Verify delivery instructions addresses and contact information before departure to ensure accurate and ontime deliveries.
    • Communicate effectively with customers to confirm delivery details address any concerns and provide exceptional service.
    • Collect payments for cashondelivery orders and accurately record transactions when necessary.
    • Maintain delivery records including logs of miles driven deliveries made and any incidents or delays encountered during deliveries.
    • Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the delivery vehicle.
    • Follow company policies and procedures regarding delivery protocols safety guidelines and customer service standards.
    • Collaborate with dispatchers supervisors and other team members to optimize delivery operations and resolve any issues or challenges encountered.


    Requirements

    • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
    • Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
    • Familiarity with local roads neighborhoods and traffic patterns.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to lift and carry heavy packages and loads as needed.
    • Basic math skills for handling payments and maintaining accurate records.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
    • Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.


    Benefits

    Basic Salary 1500 AED plus compensation per shipment
